FILMING OPTIONS

Filming can be completed either before the event at the company’s place of business or it can be filmed during the show at their stand. Overnight Video Edits

Increase visitor registration and attendance by filming the opening days and putting it online by the next day. Spread the word through social-media and increase your event attendance. A brief is given detailing the stands and attractions that can be filmed during the morning and early afternoon, this is then edited and sent as a link that can be sent out the next day by the organiser.

Visitor Videos

Entice future visitors by presenting a video of exhibitor and visitor comments. This 2-3 minute video will give an overview of why visitors should attend and showcase the events and stalls. Up to 3 crews will be deployed depending on the size of the exhibition halls. A detailed brief is discussed before the exhibition so that all the highlights and general overview is captured. Stand Sales Video

We encourage filming separate videos to attract both visitors and exhibitors as both have different requirements. We film an overview of the exhibition including attractions that the organizer thinks will gain more visitors and also what the organizer feels will entice future exhibitors. Each video has an average duration of 2-3 minutes.
