Filming
The event will be filmed using HD cameras, experienced camera crews, lighting with sound and editing production staff to cut the event 'Live'.

Hosting
The event will be hosted on a secure platform preventing any form of unauthorised republishing and a moderator will collate and pass on the questions from the Live audience. Viewers will have previously registered to the event and log on just before it goes ‘Live’.
Graphics, still pictures and on screen text can be added into the webinar as part of the presentation. Up to 6 cameras and 8 sound feeds can be added in a standard set up.
Ability to Register
Viewers will be able to pre register for the event and test their PC/ Mac prior to the screening to ensure they will have a high quality viewing and sound experience . This also ensures you can track your viewers and analytics surrounding their viewing behaviour.
Archive
At the conclusion of the event the entire webinar will be made available 24 hours after the event and hosted with access to anyone who pre-registered for the event but was unable to attend ‘ Live’.

Streaming
We will ensure that the phone lines are tested before the event and match the required upload to ensure a high quality video feed to the platform. Where there are issues regarding the lines due to geographic or building limitation we will advise on alternative technical solutions.
The webinar video will be streamed across the world backed up by worldwide Edge servers to enables quick and seamless delivery from local servers.
