YouTube to air full length TV shows Video player YouTube is to have shows from Channel 4 and ITN on its website.
YouTube is to have full-length shows on its website for the first time.
Jamie Dolling, community editor for the video site, wrote on a blog that a new shows tab will allow people to view full-length programming for the first time.
Channel 4 has already signed up for the new site, with a full range of content from the channel available early next year.
Mr Dolling wrote: "Other partners who have made their videos available in shows include BBC Worldwide, Turner Broadcasting, ITN, Guinness World Records, Classic Media, Fremantle, North One and Al Jazeera.
"Over the coming days we will also be spotlighting some of the new programmes that you will find starting today (November 20th) with episodes of the IT Crowd, Father Ted, The Inbetweeners and Peep Show."
Earlier this week YouTube announced it would be setting up a platform to allow the media to more easily connect with citizen journalists.
