Twitter integration coming to YouTube video productions Social networking site launches @anywhere which enables other comapnies to incorporate Twitter into their website.
Companies that use video productions on YouTube and other sites could soon find they can offer consumers the chance to share the video via Twitter.
The micro blogging site has announced the launch of @anywhere which will make it easy for other websites to incorporate Twitter into their platform.
This means users will be able to tweet about content without leaving the site they are currently on.
Video marketers could benefit from this as it opens up the possibility of spreading content on the internet at a greater pace.
Biz Stone, Twitter co-founder, said on the company's blog: "Imagine being able to follow a New York Times journalist directly from her byline, tweet about a video without leaving YouTube, and discover new Twitter accounts while visiting the Yahoo! home pageand thats just the beginning."
According to a recent global survey by marketing software solutions company Unica, nearly half of marketers have already embraced social media marketing.
