John Lewis includes video productions in multichannel campaign New marketing drive launched to promote autumn/winter fashion range.
A new marketing campaign from John Lewis includes online video productions as well as a range of other media.
The retailer has launched a campaign to promote its new autumn/winter fashion collection.
It includes the store's first ever fashion catalogue as well as print, outdoor, online and in-store marketing.
The online element of the marketing drive features display ads, email and search marketing and a partnership with fashion website Fashion Confidential.
Online video productions also feature heavily in the eight-week-long campaign, some showcasing items from the catalogue.
John Lewis marketing director Craig Inglis said: "We're really proud of our fashion offering for the coming season so we’ve gone for a comprehensive marketing push.
"Our aim is to help drive reappraisal in our offer and to support and drive sales of our assortment in store and, increasingly important, online."
It was recently reported that John Lewis has been hit by a shortage of gift vouchers after the printing firm it uses went into administration.
