Corporate video productions recommended for lawyers Marketing expert recommends using client testimonials on YouTube.
Law firms are being encouraged to make use of corporate video productions as part of their marketing strategy.
According to Kevin Quinlan, president of US-based legal marketing firm CEPAC, posting a client testimonial on video sharing site YouTube can be a "powerful tool".
He claims that perspective clients looking for a law firm to hire frequently turn to the internet as part of their research.
Having a video testimonial on YouTube can help persuade them that a particular law firm is reputable and knowledgeable.
"Today, potential clients are no longer flipping through the Yellow Pages looking for a lawyer; they are searching the Internet on Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines and conducting thorough research," he says.
Mr Quinlan recommends keeping video productions short and simple in order to keep those with short attention spans engaged.
Earlier this week, YouTube announced the launch of Leanback, a service that automatically plays videos continuously one after the other based on users' preferences.
