BBC to show live coverage of Glastonbury online Broadcaster to show live streams of festival on internet.
The BBC is to utilise online video production as part of its coverage of the 2010 Glastonbury music festival.
It will stream live coverage of the event on its website at bbc.co.uk/glastonbury.
A range of performances will be shown, including those from headline acts such as Muse and Stevie wonder.
In addition, the broadcaster will air coverage on BBC Two, BBC Three and BBC Four and on four red-button streams as well as a number of its radio stations.
Mark Cooper, creative head of BBC Music Entertainment, said: "We can't wait to get back to Glastonbury, come rain or shine.
"Ever since the BBC's first TV broadcast from Worthy Farm, back in 1997 when we captured Radiohead going live into Paranoid Android in a sea of mud, our TV team look forward to the challenge of filming as many stages as possible for as long as we can amongst a huge crowd of very happy people!"
Galstonbury gets underway at Worthy Farm on June 23rd, running until the 27th.
